Return and Refund Policy

At MCA Leadz, we prioritize delivering high-quality leads and ensuring customer satisfaction. We strive to maintain transparent policies regarding refunds and lead quality reviews. Please carefully read the following refund policy, which applies to all lead purchases made with MCA Leadz.

1. Live Transfer Refund Policy

For Live Transfer Leads, you have the ability to flag leads for review within 24 hours of receipt if they meet one of the following criteria:

  • Invalid Contact Information

If the lead’s contact information is invalid or bogus, it can be flagged for review. Examples of invalid contact information include:

  • Wrong number.
  • Wrong person.
  • Leads with significantly lower sales volume than specified.

Once flagged, our quality assurance team will verify the claim. If the contact information is confirmed to be invalid, we will replace the lead. If the lead is deemed valid, no refund or credit will be provided. If the lead is deemed valid, no refund or credit will be provided.

  • Does Not Match Selected Filters

If a lead does not meet the specified quality filters, such as:

  • Sales volume below $15,000 per month (proof required). (or according to your criteria)
  • Business age of less than6 months (proof required).

You may flag the lead for review within 24 hours of receipt. To process your claim, you must provide supporting documentation, such as a call recording confirming the merchant does not meet the criteria.

If the quality assurance team verifies that the lead does not match the specified filters, a credit for the cost of the lead will be issued. If the lead meets the criteria, no credit will be provided.

  • Live Transfer Leads – 60-Second Buffer Policy

For Live Transfer Leads, a 60-second buffer window is provided. If you or your representative engage with the merchant for longer than 60 seconds, the lead will be considered valid and billable, regardless of the outcome.

2. Aged Leads – No Refund Policy

Refunds or replacements are not available for Aged Leads. These leads are sold “as-is” and are non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. MCA Package – No Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for MCA Packages under any circumstances.

4. Replacement Policy for Call Back Leads

At MCA Leadz, refunds are not available for Call Back Leads. However, if a lead is flagged and our call recording shows the merchant was not properly qualified, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost.

Our team will share the call recording upon request to demonstrate how the merchant was engaged, qualified, and advised of your follow-up. If the recording confirms proper qualification, the lead will be deemed valid, and no replacement will be issued.

The review process typically takes 2-7 business days, and we reserve the right to update this policy at any time.
